Rumi Kuraji

The main theme of my work is connection. As time continues unbroken, everything is connected in a constant cycle of birth and decay. Through the many colours and patterns of my work I try to express the intersections of people, things, and feelings. I find traditional Japanese patterns and kanji characters unique and beautiful, so I also incorporate these into my work.
